Mortgage Renegotiating Your Alternative To Refinancing

Chase Home Finance will not talk to you at all about renegotiating your interest rate. They want you to completely refinance at a charge of $2700 closing costs.

Is there any options for customers with a history of never missing a payment and a credit score over 750?

I was even told my a Chase Home Finance representative that I was wasting his time.
